Who we are
Bizlytics is a brand of ClearStars INC., which is responsible for the information described here.
What our forms store
When you send the contact or newsletter form we store what you entered (name, email, company, phone, the product you picked, and your message), the page you sent it from, any UTM campaign tags in the link you followed, and the time. We also store a hashed form of your IP address (one-way SHA-256 with a secret salt) to limit abuse. We never store your raw IP address.
How we use it
To reply to you, and to send the newsletter if you subscribed.
Spam protection
Our forms use Turnstile from Cloudflare to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. Turnstile runs under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
The live demo
The demo sets one functional cookie, bz_demo, which keeps your sample workspace for 24 hours. It also remembers which sample workspace you chose (bz_ws). To limit how many demos one network can start, we store a salted hash of your IP address with your demo, never the address itself. The demo holds sample data only. Anything you type there is deleted with your copy.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored on Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the demo.
